Salutations!
This is my new overall improvement journal.

Not just a weight loss/food log/fitness journal...
Not just a spiritual update or prayer journal...
Not just a career and school goal forum...

But a place for all my personal goals, achievements, downfalls, etc.

Also, for the record, catyrpel is the first ever recorded form of caterpillar, written in 1440.

This is my metamorphosis.



Because of the personal nature of this journal, I've decided to actually make it friends only.
Now, typically this is not my style, since I'm pretty much an open book.

But in this case, I've decided to only be an open book to those who care enough to check me out of the library.
